"Hide" is a single-shot short film created entirely within a studio environment. Every aspect of the set was meticulously crafted by our team, utilizing flats, props, and a projector to bring our vision to life. The foreground of the film is designed to resemble a realistic room, constructed entirely within the studio.

One of the standout features of "Hide" is the innovative use of rear projection to create the background. This technique involves projecting an image onto a screen from behind, allowing the background, visible through the window in the film, to appear as part of the scene. The rear projection method enables a seamless blend between the studio-built room and the projected outside view, enhancing the visual depth and realism of the film. The background, a projection on a screen, was carefully chosen and aligned to synchronize perfectly with the foreground, creating a cohesive and immersive experience for the audience.
